Hamburger-Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 chopped bell pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 small can water
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    grated cheese
    1 box Kraft macaroni and cheese, prepared by box directions
Preparation
    Cook beef in heated oil until brown, adding onions and peppers as beef starts to brown, stirring frequently to crumble beef. Drain off oil and fat; add salt, pepper and chili powder.
    Stir into beef.
    Add tomato sauce and water.
    Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
    Pour macaroni into casserole dish and add hamburger mixture; stir.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake in oven at 425\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
