Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend oil, sugar and carrots.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg.
    Stir in flour and add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
