Apple Cinnamon Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. oatmeal
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. coconut
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. honey
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 oz. pkg. dried apples, raisins or other dried fruit (can be added later)
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine oats, coconut, pecans, sesame seed, oil, salt and cinnamon.
    Stir in honey, oil and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Divide mixture into 2 equal parts.
    Bake half of oats mixture in a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pans in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in 1/2 fruit. Cool.
    Stir with a fork until crumbly.
    Repeat for remaining 1/2 oats mixture.
    Serve with cold milk.
    Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
    Makes about 10 cups.
