Curried Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 apple cored and thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. flour
1-1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
1 c. milk or light cream
3 Tbsp. dry white wine or water
Preparation

Trim fat from meat.
If desired, sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a large skillet cook chops in margarine.
Cook for 5-7 minutes. Remove chops.
Add apple to drippings and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in parsley, flour, curry and bouillon.
Add milk or cream all at once.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Stir in wine or water.
Return chops to skillet covering both sides with sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
To serve, spoon sauce and apples over chops.
