Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can light red kidney beans
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 Boil-in-Bag white rice
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 tomato
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. crushed Doritos
    1/2 head lettuce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add kidney beans, taco seasoning and 1 to 1 1/2 cups of water.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
