Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves, ground
1 c. sour cream
4 medium apples
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. butter or oleo
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and butter until crumbly.
Arrange apples in bottom of unbaked pastry shell. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture over apples.
Spoon sour cream over the top.
Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes longer.
