Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Salt and pepper hash browns and put aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients and mix with potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes covered and then for 20 minutes uncovered.
