Pecan Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. sugar
1 pt. shelled pecans, chopped fine
3 egg whites
1 to 2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Beat the eggs just enough to mix them, then stir all other ingredients together until well mixed.
Drop by small spoonfuls on well-greased pans, allowing room between each one. Bake in a very slow oven and do not attempt to take the cakes up until they are cold.
