Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. melted shortening or oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle and swirl to make a thin pancake.
    Flip and serve hot with your favorite jelly or jam.
