Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie shell
    1 lb. bacon, fried to crisp
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped or 1 bunch green onions
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    4 eggs
    1 pt. half and half
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble bacon; add bacon, cheese, onion, pepper and mushrooms in pie shell. Beat eggs, half and half, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done.
