Polish Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 head cabbage
    1 large jar sauerkraut
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together like meat loaf.
    Core and parboil cabbage to loosen leaves.
    Heap meat mixture onto cabbage leaf.
    Roll.
