Hamburger Steak In Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Combine meat with egg, crumbs and seasonings with half onion soup mix.
    Shape into patties and fry in oil.
    Remove browned burgers.
    Add flour to pan; blend in until browned lightly.
    Blend in mushroom soup, water and remaining onion soup mix.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Return meat to skillet and cook slowly for 5 minutes.
