Stuffed Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    artichokes
    Italian seasoning bread crumbs
    grated Parmesan cheese
    garlic buds
    butter or margarine, cut pat size
    canned chicken broth or bouillon
Preparation
    Cut off stems so the choke sits flat, snip off the spiny tip from each leaf and cut top of artichoke straight across.
    Parboil the chokes for about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on size.
    Drain and let cool enough to handle.
