Cushaw Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked pumpkin, drained
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. orange extract
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with mixer.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust and bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for about 45 minutes or until set in center of pie.
