Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped pimento stuffed olives
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

In a large saucepan melt 3 tablespoons butter.
Add onion, green pepper and celery; saute over medium heat.
Cook until celery is almost tender (about 5 minutes).
Remove vegetables. Mix in macaroni and chopped olives.
Set aside.
