Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cake flour
1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. butter, softened (4 sticks)
9 lg. eggs
1 1/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Heavily grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
In a mixing bowl or on a piece of wax paper, stir together both flours.
