Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
3 tsp. taco seasoning
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. salsa
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
10 (7-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation

Combine chicken, sour cream, onion, half of taco seasoning, half can of soup, 1 cup of cheese and salsa.
Place 1/3 cup of mixture on each tortilla and roll. Place, seam side down, in sprayed 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over tortillas.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Serve with lettuce, cheese and salsa.
