Cherry Clafouti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. pitted dark sweet cherries
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat
    oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch).
    Beat eggs, milk, flour, granulated sugar and vanilla with hand beater until smooth.
    Spread cherries in dish. Pour batter over cherries.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Each serving is 170 calories.
