Vegetable And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower combination, drained
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained (optional)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee onion rings
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions with other ingredients in a 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
