"Almost" Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef, uncooked
    1/2 lb. sausage, sliced thin
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a rice cooker.
    Set on \"cook\" setting. When rice cooker switches to warm setting, stir and allow to set for 10 minutes.
