Whole Wheat Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    5 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    2 c. buttermilk, warmed
    5 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. sugar or honey
    3/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and buttermilk.
    In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, soda and sugar.
    Cut in butter and add yeast.
    Knead slightly and roll the dough out 1/2-inch thick on a floured surface.
    Cut with a biscuit cutter and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
