Teriyaki Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Shape meat into 4 patties.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl, stirring well.
Brush on patties.
Place patties on lightly greased rack of a broiler pan.
Broil 4-inches from heat until desired doneness.
