Chuck Wagon Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn flakes
    1/2 c. bottled barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Measure corn flakes.
    Crush them to one cup.
    Place crushed cereal in bowl.
    Add egg, 1/3 cup of
    barbecue sauce, salt and pepper.
    Beat well.
    Add ground beef.
    Mix only until combined. Shape into 4 oval patties, about 3/4-inches thick.
    Place in single layer in shallow baking pan.
    Brush patties with remaining barbecue sauce.
    Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) about 25 minutes.
