Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean mild sausage
    3 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    9 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain between paper towels.
    Layer sausage on bottom of casserole. Put cheeses on top, then the green chilies.
    Combine eggs, milk and flour until well blended. Pour liquid over the mixture.
    Decorate top with strips of green chilies.
    Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm.
