Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. sweet corn, thawed and drained
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. shredded Colby Monterey Jack, divided (8 oz.)
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
3/4 c. light Miracle Whip
2 c. crushed tortilla chips, divided
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown and drain meat.
Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder.
Layer in 2-quart casserole. Bake 20 minutes.
Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes, if desired.
