Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, separated
    2 c. milk
    1 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Combine egg yolks and milk, then add to dry ingredients.
    Mix well at high speed.
    Stir in slightly cooled butter.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into batter, leaving little tufts showing.
    Bake until steam stops. Flip to cook other side.
    These are light pancakes.
    Delicious.
