Sunset Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in bowl.
    Add cold water; mix well.
    Pour into serving bowl.
    Chill until partially set. Stir in carrots, pineapple and cheese.
    Chill until set.
    Yield: 6 servings.
