Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
3 c. hot water
2 c. (10 oz.) diced process American cheese
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. milk
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
Preparation

Combine macaroni and water in 9 inch microproof baking dish. Double-wrap tightly with plastic wrap and cook on HI for 9-10 minutes or until macaroni is cooked but still is firm.
Pour off any remaining water.
Stir in cheese, butter, milk, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on HI for 6 minutes.
Stirring once.
4 servings.
Total cooking time: 15-16 minutes.
