Scallops A La Nice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    1 tomato, diced
    1/2 lb. angel hair pasta
    1 clove minced garlic
    4 oz. olive oil
    1 oz. lemon juice
    1 oz. dry white wine
    2 oz. butter
    3 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)
    1 Tbsp. oregano, chopped (fresh)
    1 Tbsp. basil, chopped (fresh)
Preparation
    Saute garlic in olive oil.
    Saute scallops until opaque. Drain olive oil.
    Deglaze with wine and lemon juice.
    Add tomatoes, Tabasco, butter and herbs.
    Heat through.
    Serve over angel hair pasta.
    Serves 4.
