Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Uncle Ben's rice
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can onion soup
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms and liquid
Preparation

Wash rice thoroughly and fry over medium heat in margarine. Add undiluted onion soup slowly, stirring after each addition. Add the mushrooms and
the liquid from the can.
Bake, covered, the first 50 minutes and uncovered the last 10 minutes.
