Tia'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    35 oz. can Italian tomatoes in juice
    6 Tbsp. tomato paste
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    Tabasco, to taste
    crushed red chilis, to taste
    15 oz. can kidney beans, strained and rinsed
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
    Add onions and cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, juice and paste.
    Bring to boil.
    Let simmer gently for 20 minutes.
    Add kidney beans, chili powder, Tabasco, garlic salt, pepper, crushed red chilis; simmer 20 minutes.
