Maple Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar (not firmly packed)
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. Karo syrup (white)
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, but flavoring, in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; turn heat down, cover and boil for 10 minutes.
    Add maple flavoring.
