Chocolate Chip Strawberry Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
36 vanilla wafers
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 qt. fresh strawberries

Preparation

In large bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk and water.
Add pudding
mix
and beat well.
Chill for
5\tminutes.
Fold\tin whipped cream.
Spoon 2 cups pudding into
3 quart glass bowl; top with half the vanilla wafers, half of the strawberries and half of chocolate chips.
Add remainder
of pudding and repeat layers. Garnish with chips, crushed
wafers and strawberries. Chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
