Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sauerkraut, rinsed, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 red onion, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar (white cider)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 small can bean sprouts
Preparation

Heat vinegar and sugar until sugar is melted.
Cool and add oil.
Pour over vegetables.
Refrigerate overnight.
