Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes (about 3 lb.)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Pare potatoes and cut into quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.
    Moisten potatoes well with cheese mixture.
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Place potatoes in a layer in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour, turning once during baking.
    When golden brown, sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
