Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast, cut into strips
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 c. salsa (we prefer medium)
    1 c. broth
    1 pkg. frozen corn
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. cheese
Preparation
    Brown chicken and green pepper in oil; add salsa, broth and corn.
    Bring to boil.
    Add rice, cover and let set 5 minutes. Grate 1/2 cup cheese, cover and let set 2 minutes.
    (We like it better with less rice.)
