Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add with buttermilk to flour mixture and beat until smooth.
    Turn onto floured board, adding more flour if necessary to roll out without sticking.
    Roll to a 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut in rounds.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 12 minutes, until golden brown.
