Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
    8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. package fresh mushrooms, stems removed
Preparation
    Preheat the broiler.
    Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly browned.
    Drain and transfer to a medium bowl.
    Blend cream cheese with the sausage. Stuff mushroom caps with the cream cheese and sausage mixture. Arrange on a baking sheet.
    Broil for 2 - 3 minutes, until lightly browned.
