Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1 green pepper
    1 stick celery
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Grate cabbage and cover with salt.
    Add Sweet 'N Low.
    Let stand 1 hour and squeeze out the water; add green pepper and celery to cabbage.
    Simmer the remaining ingredients for 15 minutes.
    Add to the squeezed out cabbage; cover in tight bowl.
    Will keep for weeks in refrigerator or put in bags and freeze as desired.
