El Rancho Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped fine
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 c. canned kidney beans
1 1/2 qt. water
mushrooms
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients and bring to a boil and let simmer for at least 15 minutes.
Taste and add seasoning if needed.
Makes 10 hearty portions.
Can be frozen for future use.
The following can be added also:
potatoes, tomatoes, green chilies and garbanzo beans.
