Cranberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cranberries (whole)
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil; add eggs.
    Sift flour, salt and soda together and add alternately with buttermilk to sugar mixture. Add whole cranberries and pecans last.
    Bake in a tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or less.
