Spanakopeta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. spinach, cut in pieces
    1/2 c. finely chopped dill
    1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
    5 eggs
    1 finely chopped white onion
    1/4 lb. Feta cheese
    10 to 12 filo
    salt and pepper
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Rinse spinach well in cold water.
    Drain thoroughly and cut into small pieces.\tSalt
    spinach,\tthen
    squeeze
    out the water as well as possible and
    set aside.
    Saute the white and green onions until limp, using 1/2 cup of the butter.
    Add the spinach and continue to
    saute
    all
    together.
    Add
    the dill, parsley, salt and pepper;
    continue\tto
    simmer
    lightly until the moisture of the
    spinach
    has
    evaporated.
    Take
    off
    the fire.
    Add the milk to cool the spinach a little.
