Florida Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 large Tbsp. solid shortening (Crisco)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and milk, and add peaches, including juice, in 2 1/2-quart ovenproof glass bowl.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Add spoon of shortening on top of mix.
    Do not mix into the batter.
    Bake another 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Top will be crusty.
