Kentucky Pumpkin Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. Dragone Ricotta
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 c. pumpkin pie filling
    1 oz. bourbon
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. allspice
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. Garelick half and half
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat Ricotta until smooth with electric hand mixer.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time. Sift together flour, cinnamon, allspice, ginger and salt and add to mixture.
    Beat in pumpkin, half and half and bourbon.
