Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

50 ml oil
1 medium sliced onion
10 cardamon
2-inch cinnamon
10 cloves
1 hot pepper, cut in middle
1/4 c. coriander leaves
1/4 c. minced leaves
2 c. rice
4 c. water
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. salt or to taste
Preparation

In 6-quart pan on a medium stove, pour oil.
Add cardamon, cinnamon and the cloves.
When spicy smells come, add onion and hot pepper.
When onion gets light brown, add ginger and garlic pastes, turmeric powder and salt.
After a few minutes, add water.
Allow the water to boil.
Add the coriander leaves, minced leaves and the rice.
Mix and cover for 7 minutes.
Mix again and put in preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and remove all the cardamon, cinnamon, cloves and hot pepper.
Transfer to serving dish.
If you like, garnish with cashew nuts and fried onions and serve it hot.
