Orange Ice Cream Dreamers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 orange slices
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. peach Schnapps or Amaretto

Preparation

In blender, or food processor, place ice cream, orange juice and Schnapps or Amaretto.
Cover and blend or process just until smooth.
Pour into champagne or wine glasses to serve.
Garnish with oranges.
