Cheddar Mushroom Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (7 oz.) can mushrooms (pieces and stems), drained
    1 medium onion, chopped finely
    1 jar (small) diced pimentos, drained
    4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients; mix well. Stir in macaroni while hot and add garlic (if desired). Transfer to a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until heated through and cheese is melted.
