Ingredients

2 c. 10x sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. peppermint extract
water (enough to make right consistency)
green food coloring
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
6 Tbsp. margarine
1 brownie mix
Preparation

Prepare brownies according to directions in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Cool.
While brownies are cooling, prepare mixture of 10x sugar, margarine, peppermint extract, food coloring and water as needed. Don't make it too runny, make like frosting.
Spread over cooked brownies.
Top with melted chocolate chips and margarine.
Heat in small saucepan to melt until smooth.
Spread to cover all the top. Cool and cut into small squares.
