Texas Sheet Cake And Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
1 c. water
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl and set aside.
Mix oleo, water, cooking oil and cocoa in a saucepan on low heat. Heat until melted and starts to boil.
Pour over flour mixture. Mix well.
Add eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla and mix well. Bake in a greased oblong cookie sheet pan for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
