Potato Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except cheese, in a 2-quart glass casserole.
    Microwave, covered, on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in cheese until melted. Microwave, uncovered, on High, stirring every 2 to 3 minutes until desired consistency.
